The Studio

One planner. One leather diary. Every detail accounted for.

Ticket Diary began in 2019 around Tracy's kitchen table, born from a stack of concert stubs, save-the-dates and a habit of writing every plan down by hand. Today the studio remains intentionally small — one planner, one diary, and a handful of trusted vendors across South Louisiana — so each client receives the kind of attention that disappears the moment a chain takes over.

We do not chase trends. We listen, take notes in careful longhand, and return with a plan that feels like it could only belong to you. Whether that means a Saturday wedding under live oaks, a 40th anniversary dinner on a Baton Rouge rooftop or a season of theater tickets organized for out-of-town parents, the work is the same: thoughtful, honest, on time.

How We Work

Four chapters, one diary.

Every project moves through the same calm rhythm. No surprise invoices, no last-minute panic — just a steady cadence of conversations, drafts and confirmations.

01

The First Letter

A 30-minute call (or an unhurried coffee in Port Allen) to understand the people, the date and the feeling you'd like to keep.

02

The Outline

Within seven days you receive a written plan: venues, vendors, a budget you can read in one sitting and a clear timeline.

03

The Quiet Middle

We handle bookings, contracts, fittings, tastings and the small fires nobody warns you about. You receive a weekly note, nothing more.

04

The Day Itself

Tracy is on site from set-up to last toast. The diary closes with a printed memory book and an honest debrief.

A Word From Our Clients
“Tracy planned my mother's 75th, my own vow renewal and three Jazz Fest weekends — all without ever raising her voice or sending a single confused email. She is the calmest person I have ever hired.”
